They are prop Nick Wall, lock Junior Poto, centre Philip Keech and hooker Blake Theunissen.
Loose forward Matt Boyle was also selected and nominated as captain, but has had to withdraw after suffering a season-ending broken fibula in last Saturday’s match.
Miners president Greg Spedding congratulated the players on their selection.
“It is times like this that I absolutely love being prez of this great club," he said.
"Just made phone calls to four blokes to let them know that they have been included into the Vic Country Barbarians Rep Squad.
"Well done lads, I am proud of you all.”
The Miners are on a high following a 64-5 thrashing of Maroondah Griffins last Saturday.
They travel to Melbourne this weekend to take on Kiwi Hawthorn.
