Kyle Humphrys has played with Premier Cricket clubs Northcote, Fitzroy-Doncaster and Footscray-Edgewater, while he is also rated as one of the top local players in the Warrnambool area, where he has been recruited from.
The left-handed batsman and right-arm off-spinner captained Nestles last season, making 429 runs and taking 29 wickets.
“The Goers are excited to have Kyle on board as he brings with him a wealth of cricket knowledge,” Bendigo captain-coach Shane Koop said on Sunday.
“We are confident Kyle will be a great fit for our culture and his leadership skills will be valuable for our journey.
“We look forward to Kyle joining us when he returns from his current cricket commitments in the UK with the Winton Cricket Club.”
Humphrys has previously played against the BDCA at Melbourne Country Week for Warrnambool.
