UPDATE 12pm: A 21-year-old South Morang man has been charged with aggravated burglary with a firearm, aggravated burglary with a weapon, aggravated home invasion with a firearm, aggravated home invasion with a weapon and intentionally cause serious injury.
The man will appear at Heidelberg Magistrate’s Court shortly.
EARLIER: Bendigo detectives have arrested a man following an aggravated burglary in California Gully in February.
A 21-year-old South Morang man was arrested at a property in Nivea Terrace, South Morang, this morning.
He will now be interviewed in relation to the incident.
The aggravated burglary allegedly occurred at a property in Laurie Court on February 24.
A 20-year-old man and a 42-year-old man both sustained injuries during the incident and were conveyed to hospital. A 44-year-old woman who was also home at the time was uninjured.
