Chairwoman, Sue Clarke, said the new appointments, Warwick Cavanagh and Candy Broad, would bring decades of experience across the housing sector.
“We look forward to their contributions as we progress our new five-year strategic plan, particularly at a time when social housing and homelessness is at the forefront of government policy reform to increase supply, improve housing services for Victorians in need, and promote stability for low-income renters,” she said.
Mr Cavanagh is chairman of Active Community Housing, a National Disability Services director and a White Ribbon ambassador.
Ms Broad served as the Member for Northern Victoria and was a former state government Housing Minister.
