The Connected Circus’s Vern Hardie said the Ninja Training Day was a chance to get students away from screens and connected with their bodies.
“It’s all about well-being through movement. We can be happier and healthier people through movement,” he said.
Ninjas honed skills like agility, accuracy and balance while coming to grips.
It was also a chance for ninjas to learn unexpected lessons, such as ways to collaborate with others.
