The Blues' seven goal defeat to the reigning premiers on Good Friday was one of only two losses by under 10 goals against the undefeated Grasshoppers this season.
Mount Pleasant will have the advantage of playing at home this time round and enters the match with wins in four of their last six matches, dating back to late April.
That could easily have been five out of six, with the Blues coming up two goals short in a thriller against Huntly in round seven (May 27).
Chasing a premiership three-peat, Colbinabbin is going from strength-to-strength.
The Grasshoppers' latest win was a 32-goal triumph over top-three aspirant Leitchville-Gunbower, a team they have had difficulty accounting for in past encounters.
Their winning streak now stands at 11, including preliminary and grand final wins last season.
In other games, third-placed Huntly returns to action after the bye against North Bendigo, Elmore hosts Lockington-Bamawm United and Heathcote clashes with White Hills.
