As part of a 1980s themed night, the cinema will screen documentary film Don’t You Forget About Me ahead of the iconic John Hughes film The Breakfast Club.
Don’t You Forget About Me was made in 2009 and follows a group of young filmmaker determined t interview writer-director John Hughes.
The Breakfast Club (1985) sees five high school students meet in Saturday detention and learn they have a lot more in common than they thought.
Star Cinema Goes 80s is on Saturday from 6.30pm. Tickets are $25. Patrons are encouraged to dress in their best 80s outfit.
Drinks are at bar prices and an 80s disco will feature after the movies until midnight.
