GISBORNE and Sandhurst will be both eyeing off three wins in a row when they lock horns at Gardiner Reserve.

The Bulldogs struggled to get over the top of Maryborough last week, while the Dragons accounted for Kangaroo Flat by 58 points in a performance that pleased coach Wayne Primmer.

“We got back last week to playing footy the way we want to. Our run was good, we worked hard and our tackles were up around the high 70s, but we need to do the same this Saturday and for the rest of the season,” Primmer said.

Meanwhile at Dower Park, Kangaroo Flat hosts South Bendigo.

The Bloods have slipped from second to fifth after two losses in a row, while the Roos have been beaten in their past three games.
