The Dogs kicked more than 140 points for the second week in a row in their 21.17 (143) to 5.7 (37) win.
Travis Baird, in his first game back from injury, was outstanding for the Dogs, kicking five goals in a best on ground performance.
Youngster Lachy Humhprey played his best senior game for the club, Tom Toma kicked three goals and racked up many possessions and Michael Dalrymple was impressive in defence.
At first glance a 106-point loss doesn’t look great, but for Maryborough it was its best performance in a month. They trailed by 104 points at three-quarter time and in the past the margin would have blown out to 140-points plus. However, this time around the Pies dug deep and restricted Square to 2.5 in the final term.
The Pies’ premier midfielders Glen Coleman, Coby Perry and Ash Noonan stood out.
