Dargan was captured on CCTV footage at the Elmore BP on Tuesday and is now believed to be frequenting the Elmore area.
Victoria Police issued a statement earlier in the month, saying warrants had been issued for his arrest in relation to contravening a community corrections order, obtaining property by deception, theft, careless driving and armed robbery.
Dargan was spotted leaving the Elmore service station on Tuesday in a white Toyota LandCruiser utility.
Police believe he has now shaved his beard and have asked the public to call triple-0 in the first instance if they see Dargan or the vehicle.
