Rafaeles, who is undefeated after two fights, will battle Jeco Suico in Guihulngan City, on the island of Negros.
The 25-year-old rounded out his Australian preparation at the Tarneit Boxing gym in Melbourne last week, sparring with Australia's WBC world minimum-weight title contender Omari Kimweri.
Tanzanian-born Kimweri will challenge the current title-holder Chayaphon Moonsri in Thailand on June 3.
The sparring session came less than a month after Kimiweri and his trainer Dave Hegarty made a flying visit to Bendigo to train with Rafaeles at the California Gully gym operated by his trainers Pat and Gary Connolly.
Hegarty said Rafaeles, who flew to the Philippines late last week, had more than impressed sparring with his world championship contender.
"Both boys are in fight mode and sparred really well, it was good to watch," he said.
"I'm impressed with Dino. He's got a lot of learning ahead of him, but he has a good future if he sticks with it.
"He's in good hands - I actually rate him.
"As he develops and gets a bit older, the power and all that will come. At the end of the day he's still a baby in the sport.
"When you have a limited amateur career, you have to be very selective on who you fights in the pros, but he's doing well."
The bout is not only Rafaeles third as a professional and third also in the Philippines.
He won his debut in an unanimous points decision over Junrey Amore last September and followed up with a knockout win over Reyjhun Morano in December.
Seco won his sole professional fight over fellow Filipino Jun Bautista last November.
