Ruthless Thunder far too strong for North Bendigo

THE Bendigo Thunder’s development team produced a ruthless performance against North Bendigo in round two of the Northern Country Women’s League on Sunday.

The Thunder dished out a 153-point hiding to North, winning 24.10 (154) to 0.1 (1) at Weeroona Oval.

Captain Erin Ross had a day out for the Thunder with a bag of 10 goals, but didn’t figure among the best players, while Paige Conder snagged five.

It was also a positive day for Kyneton, which had its first win with a 49-point victory over Kerang.
