Gilchrist, who coached North Bendigo to HDFNL premiership success, will lead the BFNL into battle against Ballarat on May 13 and for the association championships in June.
The under-17 inter-league team will be coached by Golden Square’s Melinda Keighran. Trials for the under-17 team will be held at Golden Square on April 24 from 6pm-7.30pm and April 30 from 1.30pm-3pm.
