The teenager last week pleaded guilty in the Victorian Children’s Court to 14 charges, including four counts of marking graffiti on property without consent and five counts of drug use.
The charges included one count of trafficking LSD, two counts of trafficking other hallucinogenics, one count of trafficking cannabis and one count of trafficking ecstasy.
He was also charged with using LSD, ecstasy and cannabis, and two counts of using a hallucinogenic.
All of the charges spanned an eight-month period until September 2016. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
The teenager avoided conviction and was placed on probation for 18 months.
The conditions of his probation include abstaining from illegal drugs, and undergoing drug education and counselling.
His defence counsel filed papers for an appeal the following day.
The matter will appear before a County Court directions hearing later this year.
