With the season set to start this Saturday, the Demons are hoping to secure at least six more players for their under-17 squad.
The Demons have just 14 under-17 players registered.
The Demons will get a team on the park against Elmore on Saturday thanks to several players being available on permit from other clubs.
The side is coached by Hayden Wright.
“When a few players are unavailable or injured, it will most likely mean we have to forfeit,” Wright said.
“We don’t want that for our players of families. What we’re hoping for is any juniors who aren’t playing footy, or a club that has additional players missing out on a game can help us out.”
The Demons train at Scott Street Reserve from 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Anyone interested in playing can contact Wright on 0459 595 463.
