Failed building company Watersun Homes has entered liquidation following a unanimous show of hands at a creditors meeting in Melbourne on Wednesday.
Insolvency firm Rodgers Reidy was appointed to administer the Melbourne-based property company, which has built homes in Bendigo, in February.
A spokesman for Rodgers Reidy confirmed the meeting was attended by between 50 and 60 creditors, who all voted to liquidate.
The spokesman said a creditors committee made up of former employees, subcontractors and home owners would now be established.
Central Victorian businesses that worked on Watersun properties have previously told the Bendigo Advertiser they were owed tens of thousands of dollars at the time the business went into administration.
Watersun Homes had 300 projects throughout Victoria and 90 full-time jobs were made redundant a result of the administration process.
