A decade-long partnership of reciprocal arts residencies between Ateneo de Manila University, through Ateneo Art Gallery, and La Trobe University will be celebrated.
The artists, Poklong Anading, Martha Atienza, Lyle Buencamino, Charles Buenconsejo, Buen Calubayan, Marina Cruz, Kawayan de Guia, Leeroy New, Mark Salvatus and Ronald Ventura provide a rare and inspiring insight into contemporary Filipino art. The exhibition will open on March 15.
This weekend only at the LAI, visitors can explore the myriad ways in which artists use video and moving images in their creative expressions. WITNESS: Contemporary Video will feature the work of Tristan Jalleh, Brodie Ellis, Robert Hague, Ilona Nelson and Jesse Hogan.
