Eaglehawk’s Josh Henthorn will aim to take his form at the recently-run AV Shield final into the open 100m.

University clubmates Jack Hickman and Wil McCaig will be rivals in the under-16 1500m, and Anthony Messerle will compete in the open discus and javelin.
South Bendigo’s Emma Berg has starred at discus all summer; Taryn Furletti is in hot form in the 1500m and steeplechase; Ella Dee Farnell is capable of a long mark at triple jump; and James Woods is talented at discus and pole vault. The Hayes siblings, Zahra and Yazmin, will show their prowess in distance runs and walks.
