Police, CFA and paramedics were called to Marong Road, near the intersection with Marble Street, after a car left the road and collided with a tree and a sign post.
Police said there were suggestions the car was travelling in excess of 140 km/h at the time of the crash.
But the 18-year-old female driver and her 18-year-old male passenger both emerged unscathed.
Police who attended the crash said it was amazing no one was injured.
The driver has been charged with offences including dangerous driving and excessive speed.
She has been released on bail to appear at Bendigo Magistrates’ Court in April.
