A spokesperson for Ambulance Victoria said the driver had avoided serious injury, and was taken to Bendigo hospital.
EARLIER: A truck driver has been taken to the Bendigo hospital after a crash on the Loddon Valley Highway this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene about three kilometres from Serpentine at 11.45am with reports a truck had crashed.
The male driver was heading north in the Budget rental truck. It remains partially on the road, blocking north-bound traffic.
A spokesperson for Ambulance Victoria could not confirm the extent of the driver’s injuries.
The scene is currently being cleared.
