His beautifully chosen words asked viewers to consider the importance of empathy and of taking time to talk to each other about how we feel.
The exhibition, When the Black Dog Bites, is the lastest offering of Doug Moran and Archibald Prize finalist, Daniel Butterworth.
In response to Daniel’s exhibition, visitors are encouraged to draw a picture, jot down their feelings, or contribute an uplifting message for others using the sticky notes provided.
For the duration of the show, these notes will be added to the wall outside the exhibition creating a community space for sharing thoughts.
The LAI, at 121 View Street, is open from 10am-5pm Tuesday-Friday and 12-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
