A man was found with a gunshot wound to his leg in Thornbury overnight.

Paramedics were called to Clyde Street, at 7.36pm on Friday, and found the man with gunshot injuries, an Ambulance Victoria spokesman said.
He said the man was taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A police spokeswoman said the armed crime squad were investigating the circumstances surrounding how the man sustained the injury.
She urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
