Police say the driver of the silver sedan attempted a U-turn and didn’t see the black SUV.
No one was injured in the collision.
UPDATE 9am: One lane of McCrae Street is blocked as police direct traffic around the scene.
The two cars involved in the collision are a black Kia SUV and a silver sedan.
The silver sedan has white and green P-plates displayed.
EARLIER: Emergency services are at the scene of a car crash at the intersection of McCrae and Arnold streets in Bendigo.
Tow trucks, firefighters and police are on scene.
It appears two cars were involved in the collision.
Traffic flow is being interrupted on McCrae Street so take care if you are travelling in the area.
