Bendigo Art Gallery exhibition Maticevski: Dark Wonderland has been extended until January 15.

The show is the first solo exhibition of the work of Australian fashion designer Toni Maticevski and opened in August. It was originally set to close at the end of November.

Maticevski achieved international acclaim for his approach to the manipulation of traditional fashion silhouettes and innovative use of materials and fabrics. 

At the exhibition opening in August, Maticevski said the gallery had left a good impression on him in the past.

“I think every exhibition I’ve come to in Bendigo, I’ve been blown away by how beautifully it’s been curated or displayed,” Mr Maticevski said.
