The annual Bendigo Motorcycle Toy Run, organised by Allies Motorcycle Club Bendigo, will see up to 150 motorcyclists ride around the Bendigo area collecting donations of cash, toys and other goods for St Vincent de Paul Society to give to those doing it tough.
Organisers say the event has generated more than $50,000 in cash and thousands of dollars’ worth of toys and goods for donation in its 16 years.
Riders will take off from Lansell Square at 8.30am heading for Castlemaine before journeying back through Long Gully, Eaglehawk and finishing at Lake Weeroona at midday, where a barbecue, raffles and an auction will be held.
