An 18-year-old Bendigo man was charged with offences including burglary and theft following a number of break-ins, including one in which two utilities were stolen from a business in Epsom on Sunday.
One of the vehicles was found burnt out behind the Neangar Park Golf Club on Monday.
Detective Sergeant Steve Rainey said the man faced a total of 24 charges, including criminal damage, theft of a motor vehicle and evading police, and detectives were still investigating his possible involvement in a number of other burglaries.
He was arrested in a raid in Strathdale Cresent on Monday, along with a 25-year-old Bendigo man who was released on bail after being charged with seven offences, including drug possession and handling stolen goods.
Police also arrested a 33-year-old Harcourt man on Tuesday, who was charged with stealing a quad bike and tools from the Big Hill Vineyard.
The stolen items were recovered from a property in Maldon late last week.
Meanwhile an 18-year-old Bendigo woman has been charged with a number of shop thefts in the Ballarat area as well as a petrol theft in Bendigo.
All four will face court at a later date.
