Police are questioning two men in relation to a burglary in Epsom at the weekend, after a utility stolen from Taylor Street was found burnt out in Eaglehawk.
The men were taken into custody following a raid on a Strathdale address about 9am on Monday, during which a number of items were seized.
Detective sergeant Steve Rainey of the Bendigo crime investigation unit said the white Ford XR6 was found behind the Neangar Park Golf Club, which was also the target of a burglary overnight on Saturday.
A second vehicle stolen from the Epsom business, a white 2009 model Ford Falcon (registration XKM-563) is yet to be recovered.
Meanwhile police are still investigating a number of burglaries in the Craig Street industrial estate at the weekend, which Sergeant Rainey said appeared to be related to each other.
“They’ve all happened at the same time,” he said.
Anyone with information should phone the Bendigo police station on 5448 1300 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
