The matches will be played on Tuesday, November 29 and Wednesday, November 30, at the Ashley Street complex in Bendigo.
Kookaburras head coach Paul Gaudoin said the Indian series will be the first step towards the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
“There is a clear focus on moving forward to the next four-year cycle as we look to develop a squad for Tokyo 2020,’’ Gaudoin said.
“With many of our current athletes overseas or having time away from the high performance environment, this is the perfect and much needed time to look wider afield.
“After a big year, we see these series as a chance to discover and expose some athletes who may not have had the opportunity in recent times as we look to increase the depth of our talent pool.
“We believe we have selected an exciting and highly capable athlete group, who will give us every chance of success across both series.”
