The Braves qualified for Saturday's final by winning their seventh consecutive game of the competition on Friday against Diamond Valley.
They won 50 to 37.
Piper Dunlop was again instrumental in the victory scoring 29 points, 11 of those coming in the final quarter to help cement the team's place in the final.
Dunlop was also the star of the Braves' 52-43 quarter final win over Melbourne Tigers on Thursday.
She scored 19 while Ellie Vlaeminck added 11 and Meg McCarthy finished with 10.
Having never held the Michelle Timms Trophy aloft in the 35 years of its history, the Braves will take on the Knox Raiders on Saturday afternoon.
The match will be streamed live through the Basketball Australia website at 5:30 pm.
