Police hold concerns for Humevale woman Debra Barbu, 57, who was last seen leaving the Northern Hospital about 5.15pm on Sunday.
They believe she may have gotten on a bus at the Pacific Epping shopping centre bus terminal on High Street, Epping.
Channel Seven reported police in unmarked and marked cars attended the home as police tape guarded the front driveway on Friday afternoon.
Police haven't revealed why they were at the home or if there have been any developments in the case.
On Monday, police said they and Ms Barbu's family held concerns for her welfare because she had a medical condition.
Ms Barbu is described as 160 centimetres tall, with a slim build and messy shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey, long-sleeved hooded top and camouflage patterned pants.
Anyone who sees Debra is urged to contact the Epping Police Station on (03) 9409 8100.
