A EVEN spread of scoring options has been the most pleasing aspect of Bendigo Bank Spirit's two practice match wins, according to coach Simon Pritchard.

The Spirit followed up a win over Melbourne Boomers with a 77-65 over Dandenong Rangers last Saturday in Werribee.
Kelsey Griffin top scored with 18 points, while Heather Oliver and Kerryn Harrington chimed in with 10 and nine apiece.
Oliver, who missed the previous weeks game in Ballarat, capped a big game with six assists and five rebounds.
Second-year player Ashleigh Spencer scored eight points and had five rebounds.
Pritchard said the evenness among the group has spread to rebounds and minutes played, with seven players clocking more than 20 minutes and Spencer playing nearly 15.
"The offence is creating shared opportunities for everybody and that's how we want to operate," he said.
Pritchard said Queensland recruit Nadeen Payne (seven points, five rebounds) had also
"We are asking the girls to play a much more physical style of basketball," he said.
"She fouled out on the weekend and Blake Dietrick fouled out and Nayo (Raincock-Ekunwe) had four fouls, but by prescription.
"We wanted them to play more physically and we are prepared to wear the consequences of that with greater bench depth."
The Spirit start their regular season campaign against Adelaide Lightning on October 8 at Bendigo Stadium.
