The City of Greater Bendigo is inviting residents interested in making a difference to apply for a position on its Positive Ageing Advisory Committee.
Community partnerships manager Steven Abbott said the committee would seek to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of older citizens.
“We are looking for community members aged 50 or over who are actively involved within the Greater Bendigo community,” he said.
“This is a great opportunity to have input into programs, projects and decisions that affect older residents and to contribute to creating a more inclusive community.”
