Boort is the men's champion after defeating St Arnaud 4-3 in extra time.
The Magpies and Saints went goal-for-goal during the contest, with scores locked at 3-all at extra time.
Boort was able to break the deadlock in extra time to give them a hard-fought premiership.
St Arnaud made it back-to-back wins in the women's division with a 2-1 win against Charlton.
Extra time was again needed after the scores were tied at one-all at the end of regulation time.
In the under-age grand final, Wedderburn enjoyed a 5-1 win over Birchip-Watchem.
The Bulls started the season as reigning premiers and did well to set up a grand final berth, but were overpowered on the day by a classy Redbacks.
The match pitted the league's joint best and fairest winners Samantha Giorlando (Wedderburn) and Darcy Reid (Birchip-Watchem).
