Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Echuca teen James Webber.

Mr Webber, 18, was last seen at his home in the north Victorian town at 10am on Tuesday.
He left home after an argument with a family member.
Police hold concerns for Mr Webber’s welfare because he has an acquired brain injury and mental capacity of a 13-year-old.
He also suffers from epilepsy and requires medication to control the condition.
This is not the first time Mr Webber has been reported missing.
Last time he was located in the Melbourne CBD, and family think he could be headed there again.
He is described as having a thin build, fair complexion, blue eyes and bleached blond hair.
Mr Webber was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, maroon pants, white runners and a baseball cap.
