BENDIGO Junior Football League grand final weekend kicks off on Saturday morning when Sandhurst Marist Dockers and Kangaroo Flat clash for the under-16 seniors flag.

The Dockers and Roos will meet at the Queen Elizabeth Oval from 9am.
The two sides have played three times this season with the ledger 3-0 in favour of the Dockers by margins of 60 points in round six, 35 in round 11 and 35 in round 16.
The Dockers – who are unbeaten – made their way directly into the grand final by defeating Strathfieldsaye by 28 points in the second semi-final a fortnight ago.
After ending the home and away season third on the ladder, Kangaroo Flat has won two cut-throat finals against Golden Square by 72 points and Strathfieldsaye by 21 points to qualify for the grand final.
The other 10 BJFL grand finals will be played on Sunday at Strathfieldsaye.
In total, 14 clubs will be represented on grand final weekend, including Castlemaine and Woorinen in the Youth Girls decider.

Under-14 seniors – Golden Square v Sandhurst, 1.55pm at main oval.
Under-14 reserves 1 – Castlemaine v Sandhurst, 12.05pm at main oval.
Under-14 reserves 2 – Kangaroo Flat v Golden Square, 10.05am at smaller oval.
Under-12 A – Kyneton v St Thereses, 1.40pm at smaller oval.
Under-12 B – St Francis v Quarry Hill, 10.30am at main oval.
Under-12 C – Kyneton v Huntly, 11.55am at smaller oval.
Under-12 D – St Thereses v Quarry Hill, 8.30am Sunday at smaller oval.
Youth girls – Castlemaine v Woorinen, 3.30pm at smaller oval.
Entry for Sunday’s grand finals at Strathfieldsaye is $5 for adults, under-16 free.
