Isabella Ayre, Reni Hicks and Tiana Cochrane, who have all played with the Thunder this year, have been picked to play in the National Youth Girls All-Stars clash.
Cochrane, who has spent most of the season playing with Castlemaine in the BJFL Youth Girls, and Hicks have both been picked to play for the black team, and Ayre for the red team.
Gun forward Ayre is the leading goalkicker in the VWFL premier division this season with 36 goals, despite having played just nine games.
The National Youth Girls All-Stars game will be played at 4.30pm as a curtain-raiser to the women’s exhibition match between Melbourne and the Western Bulldogs.
Former Thunder player Angela Foley will be playing for Melbourne.
