The Thunder will take on Melbourne Uni from 2pm in the second semi-final.
The day will also feature a youth girls elimination final curtain raiser between Strathfieldsaye and Kyneton from 12.15pm.
An under-12 exhibition match between Strathfieldsaye and Kyneton and youth exhibition game between Golden Square and Eaglehawk will also be played.
The Thunder stormed through the home and away season undefeated, finishing six games clear at the top of the ladder with a 15-0 record and massive percentage of 291.5.
Entry on Sunday is by gold coin donation.
