Golden Square-based CrossFit Anarchy has organised a five-minute burpee challenge for Saturday, October 8.
Prizes will be awarded to the adult and under-18 male and females, who can do the most burpees in five minutes.
A big morning of fun and exercise will include silent auctions, raffles, barbecue breakfast and the workout of the day.
Harwood was chosen in the Australian team after winning a gold medal at the Australian weightlifting championships in Sydney earlier this month.
The 16-year-old trains at CrossFit Anarchy, under the guidance of her Bendigo coach Troy Hewkins, and has been weightlifting competitively for little more than 12 months.
The fundraiser for Anabelle Harwood runs from 7.30-11.30am at CrossFit Anarchy, 2/2A Thistle Street, Golden Square.
Workout of the day starts at 8am.
