Karaitiana scored 34 points in the Spartans' 81-64 win against Frankston Blues on Saturday night in Brisbane.
The former Australian under-19 also had five rebounds and two assists as the Spartans clinched third spot and home elimination final against Bendigo Lady Braves.
Her game-high 34 point haul came two weeks after Karaitiana earned SEABL player of the week honours, with 40 points, six rebounds, three assists and a steal in a win against Albury-Wodonga Lady Bandits.
Karaitiana, who spent two years in the US college system with the University of Hawaii, is averaging 17.2 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists for the Spartans.
The New Zealand-born guard signed with the WNBL Spirit in June and is one of four newcomers to the roster for 2016-17, alongside imports Nayo Raincock-Ekunwe and Blake Dietrick, and Nadeen Payne.
Raincock-Ekunwe is representing Team Canada at the Rio Olympics.
Other notable Spirit performances on the weekend included Ashleigh Spencer's 18 points and 15 rebounds for Ballarat Rush in a win over Geelong, backed up by 22 points and seven rebounds against Canberra, and Kerryn Harrington's 15 points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Rush against Canberra.
