The Zebras thrashed Bendigo 7-1 when they met earlier in the season, but Saturday’s game will be much closer.
Bendigo City has improved dramatically since the transfer window closed, while Moreland has been off the pace in the past sixth weeks.
The Zebras have lost four of their past six matches, including a shock 2-0 defeat to ninth-placed Sunshine George Cross last week.
Despite losing its past four matches, 10th-placed Bendigo has been competitive.
15 minute lapses have cost Bendigo dearly and if it can play the full 90 minutes on Saturday it must be a chance to at least pinch one point.
The under-20 game starts at 3.15pm, with the senior clash to follow at 5.15pm.
The Bendigo City juniors also host Moreland at Epsom on Saturday.
