Members of Bendigo’s Palmers Gym have shown their talents at the Australian Gymnastics Championships, Victorian Gymnastics Championships and Victorian Levels All Stars Competition.
Across the three competitions, Palmer’s Gym members won 13 categories in an impressive performance.
The successful run included Lucy Tibbs winning the under-11 women’s tumbling at the Australian championships.
Palmer’s Gym produced seven winners at the state championships, as well as four winners at the all-stars competition.
While it has been a hectic time for Palmers Gym with the competitions, another major event is now on the horizon with the National Clubs Carnival to be held in Bendigo in September in which thousands of gymnasts will compete.
