THIRTEEN budding golfers took to the Neangar Park Golf course fairways again on Sunday with another close scoring round in the juniors 2016 winter competition.

Both five holers and nine holers showed some great strokes throughout the days play along with keeping count of their putts at each hole.
In the nine hole game, Evan Weston showed that practice does make perfect with the winning score of 58/34/24.
In second place was his older brother Dylan Weston with a score of 60/31/29. Third was Tom Roberts with a score of 43/11/32.
Nearest to pin win went to Jazy Roberts and both Tom and Jazy shared top scoring putts with 16 putts each.
Two Players headed off in the nine hole short with Alex Sjaardema taking out the win with a 55/24/31 ahead of pocket rocket Ethan Hafkamp with a 53/17/36.
Alex grabbed nearest to pin and both shared the putts win with 27 putts each.
Back in the five hole short game, young Ava Franklin claimed the win with a great score of 37/28/9.
Second place went to sister Milla Franklin on 39/28/11. Equal third place went to Paddy McGowan 46/30/16 and newcomer Spencer Hughes 45/29/16.
Ryder Marriott and Anderson Price Brown shared the putts win with 13 putts each.
