A MAN has been charged with murder in relation to the disappearance of 47-year-old Toolleen man Keith Foggin.
The 45-year-old Darley man was arrested on Thursday and appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Friday, charged with one count of murder.
Mr Foggin was reported missing on October 1, after last being seen at a Millbank Street address in Bacchus March on September 24.
His daughter made the report after not hearing from Mr Foggin for a week.
She made an emotional plea for information from the public on May 26, describing her father as a “very family-orientated” man who was looking forward to a new chapter of his life in Queensland.
