The Grasshoppers overcame a 16 point deficit early in the final term to defeat Natte Bealiba by 11 points in a gruelling contest at Natte Yallock on Sunday.
Navarre rallied to kick the last four goals of the game to win 8.11 (59) to 7.6 (48) and keep its streak alive.
Natte Bealiba was also the team the Grasshoppers started the streak against in a 2013 semi-final.
