Fogarty’s volleyball achievements throughout 2015-16 included twice being selected to represent Victoria, a member of the junior Australian team that toured Thailand, and captain of the national junior team.
The BAS coach of the year was presented to Tony Misson for his work with the canoeing squad, while Keith Oberin and Andrew Hickey were dual recipients of the Frank Roberts Outstanding Service Award.
