CCB defeated Box Hill at Epsom-Huntly Recreation Reserve by 14 points, winning 11.6 (72) to 8.10 (58).
After an even first quarter, CCB’s lead hovered around two goals for the remainder of the match.
Fergus Greene and Jordan Rosengren were the two key avenues to goal for CCB as they combined for nine of the team’s 11 majors.
Greene bagged five, while Rosengren slotted four, with the duo among the best players.
Also in the best for the Lee Coghlan-coached CCB were Lachlan Wallace, Will Brohm and Matt Harvey.
CCB’s next game in the Premier League will be the derby against Bendigo Senior Secondary College at the Queen Elizabeth Oval on Wednesday, June 1.
