Colliers International has been appointed to coordinate and promote tenancy opportunities at the new health facility.
They include the lease of the hospital's 480sqm conference centre.
Tenders opened on Tuesday and will close on April 19.
Colliers International executive Travis Hirst said it was an "outstanding opportunity" for experienced vendors with the capacity and vision to operate within a thriving hospital project.
“We are seeking interest from a range of tenants, as there are eight separate retail outlets available throughout the new hospital,” he said.
“These include experienced food vendor, café, gift shop, newsagent and convenience store operators.
"We are also seeking professional operators for the hospital’s 480sqm conference facility, another outstanding opportunity at this regional site.”
Mr Hirst said the conference centre operator would have the option of doing their own catering.
“With the food operators, we are really looking at some experienced, healthy food operators,” he said.
“We’ll be using government guidelines to select the right operators that are a suitable fit for a hospital.
“Just as an example, some of those operators might be sushi, salad bars, cafe and deli, juice bars, a bakery, those sorts of operators.”
Tenders will eventually be awarded by Exemplar Health - a consortium comprising Lend Lease, Capella Capital, Siemens and Spotless - in consultation with Bendigo Health.

The hospital is the largest infrastructure project currently under way in Victoria. When finished it will include 372 inpatients beds, 72 same-day beds, 10 operating theatres and a new cancer centre.
Exemplar Health chief executive Michele Morrison said the consortium was committed to ensuring tenants deliver tangible benefits to consumers.
(Bendigo Health CEO) John Mulder's focus is very much on healthy food and it's also the state government's," she said.
"The new guidelines are very specific about what we expect tenants to do.”
