Goornong made the most of the invitation to bat first, cracking 3-191.
Taig Griffin (82 n.o.) and the in-form Jamie Daff (54) both scored half-centuries for Goornong.
Bagshot faltered with the bat to be all out for 103 in its chase, with captain Marc Sherwell (20) top-scoring.
Jesse O’Connell (3-14) and Dylan McNamara (3-36) took three wickets each for Goornong in its third win.
• Heathcote won its second game of the season, thumping Calivil by 87 runs.
Opener Darcy McLean (41) and Joel Condon (37) helped Heathcote to 6-167, while David Dennis (3-13) was the best of the Calivil bowlers.
Calivil – which also lost to Heathcote in round one – was all out for 80 in reply, with only Lachlan Ralphs (28) making more than 20.
Condon completed a solid all-round game for Heathcote by taking 3-28.
• Colbinabbin won an entertaining tussle against Elmore by six runs.
After making 5-187 batting first, featuring 57 from Shane Murdoch, Colbinabbin held Elmore to 8-181.
Nick Ryan (4-26) picked up four wickets for the Ducks, while Xavier Kellow (33) was the best of the Elmore batsmen.
• Raywood belted Dingee by 75 runs.
Having bowled Dingee out in 26 overs for 62, Raywood answered with 6-137.
Raywood’s Braden Latter starred with 5-12 and the side also had opening batsman Nathan Johns (53) post a half-ton.
