Oliver won the Bertocchi Famous Christmas Hams F&M Maiden Plate (1400m) aboard Dormeuse ($3); the Irene McParland 100th Birthday Handicap (1300m) on Not a Happy Camper ($5); and finished the day with a victory in the Adbri Masonry BM70 Handicap (1600m) with Turbo Street ($4.20).
It was also a successful day for local trainers.
Oliver’s winning ride on Dormeuse was for Sutton Grange trainer Brent Stanley, while Shane Fliender had a win with More Spark ($3.70) and Brendon Hearps’ Money Clip ($4.60) ridden by Brad Rawiller was victorious.
