Louis Zimmer was the best of the Strathdale batsmen with a knock of 36.
McHugh (25 n.o.) and Ryan O’Keefe (27 n.o.) safely guide the Roos to 0-66 off 20 overs at stumps.

Sandhurst compiled 7-94, led by unbeaten knocks of 26 from Riley Henderson and 21 from Charlie Whitsed.
Jack Floyd (2-7) picked up two wickets for Strathdale-Maristians, which fell just short its chase in making 6-88.
Caleb Robson took 2-2 for Sandhurst. Jaiden Ciccone (21 n.o.) was the leading batsmen for the Suns.
• Top team Strathfieldsaye Blue had a 27-run victory over Bendigo United White.
Strathfieldsaye Blue successfully defended its score of 6-87, with Bendigo United held to 8-60 in reply.
Hunter Austin (2-0) and Ashton Wilson (2-4) were multiple wicket-takers for Strathfieldsaye Blue.
• Kangaroo Flat was too good for Eaglehawk.
Brodie Coombs (21 n.o.) was the dominant batsman in the Hawks’ score of 5-90, which the Roos successfully chased down in making 2-123, with Luke Wight also making 21 n.o.
• White Hills had a 25-run win over Maiden Gully.
After being sent in, White Hills compiled 2-94, with only Liam Monaghan (21 n.o.) scoring in double figures.
Maiden Gully finished at 8-69 in reply, led by 18 n.o. from Mathew Beatty, while Eli Pearce jagged 2-3 for the Demons.
